(from our own cokkesponuent.) WeeUNoton, November 16. The conference between the two Houses was successful. The House agreed to the report of the Managers, The Water Supply to the Goldfields clauses are re instated in the Bill, and also the Rating clauses, with modifications. The Branch Railway clauses remain struck out. Qn the third reading of the Appropriation Bill a savage debate took place, Mr Stafford leading off. Mr Fox was very bitter. He characterised Mr Stafford as a “perfect sham,” and said that the country had found him out. Mr Vogel twitted the Opposition on the result of the Telegram case. Most of the Southern members left by the Phcebe, and the Northern ones by the Wellington this morning. The prorogation takes place to-day qt ope o'clock.
