SUPREME COURT.

IN BANKRUPTCY. Tins Day. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Chapman.) DISCHARGES. Be William Breading.— On the bankrupt coming up for his last examination, His Honor said : It appears by the trustees’ report that you carried on the business of a cabinetmaker, aud during, I think, the short period of six months your losses amounted to L 330. Well, the trustee complains, and I think very justly, that no explanation of this loss has been given to him, so a to enable him to make a satisfactory report. Aow I think you must give a sufficient explanation to him as to how that apparently large 1. ss in such a small trade as yours occurred ; therefore 1 must adjourn the case until next Monday. The case was adjourned accordingly. Re Geoke Horton.. - -Discharge granted. Re Ad. ?mith.—Same. Be Thomas Farrell.— On the application of Mr Harris, who appeared for Messrs Wilson and Birch, creditors, this matter was adjourned for a week. MISCELLANEOUS. The applications in re William Fuller and J. T. Chaplin were adjourned for a week. William Kernaghan was adjudged a bankrupt, the first meeting of creditors to be held on the 14th inst. ; and the 20th iust. was appointed for the last examination of W. J. Percival, Ed. Spray, andW. S. Drummond.
