The contractors foy the Oreti Railway claim LR6,061, loss the pro*. gresa payment for the luvrecargill contract of £.‘1837. According to Mr Dimdas, they are entitled to LSI 43 for the Invercargill contract, £13,938 for the W inton contract, and cash payments £3854, or £30,035.
