IN BANCO. Tms Day, (Before His Honor Mr Justice Chapman.) His Honor gave judgment in the case of Calcutt v. Campbell and another. _ In this case the plaintiffs demurred to certain agreements entered into in their names with the defendants. The judgment of the Court was in favor of the plaintiff's. Cods to follow the usual course. New Zealand Banking Company v. Reynokls to recover contributions upon 200 shares held in his own right. The judg ment was that the demurrer to the 2nd, 3rd 4tb, and bth. pleas be allowed, and the objections to the declaration ovtrrulled witu costs.
