Wellington as under : For Northern Provinces of New Zealand, America, West Indies, the Continent of Europe, and United Kingdom,' via San Francisco, at 10 a.m. Late letters with one additional single rate may be posted till 10.30 a.m. Newspapers at 8 a.m. Kegistered Letters and Money Orders the night previous at 5 p.m. British Mails via Suez, M ill be despatched from this office, on or about the 28th inst.
