This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS. Thomas Hawley and Alexander Henderson were discharged with a caution. Thomas Davis, alias John Jones, and John Wilson, were each fined ss. Julia Solomon and John Thomas, alias John Williams, were each fined 20s, or three days’ imprisonment. Manning M ‘Leod was fined 40s. ALLEGED THEFT. George White, charged with stealing a cheque for L2 12s fid from the engine-room of Marshall and Copeland’s brewery, was remanded till Wednesday.
