IN BANKRUPTCY. (Before Mr Justice Chapman.) • This Day. Final orders of discharge were granted in tire following cases : —Chas. J. Hubbard, Joseph White, and Alexander Crant. George Horton and Thos. Farrell were adjudged bankrupts : first meetings of creditors to be he'd on the 10th inst. The matters of John Algie and James Flynn were adjourned to the 9th inst. 11 k W. Fuller. —The time for applying for a complete exeen’ion of a deed of arrangement was enlarged to the first sitting in November. Rk Geo. M'Ghie. —Declaration of complete execution of a deed of arrangement. Granted. Rk A. A. Smith. —The appointment of trustee herein was confirmed, and the Jflih inst. fixed for the bankrupt’s last examination. Rk Geo. Brown anij John M‘Cake. —The Kith inst. was fixed for the bankrupt’s last examination. Re Chas. Goetummek. —The examination of witnesses herein was further adjourned for a week. Leaky v. Hunt and Wife.—Mr Turton applied for a writ of assistance, which was granted ; to be do ected to the Sheriff.
