MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before hia Worship the 'Mayor.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. John Johnson was charged with the above offence at Cavcrsham, and with wilfully breaking a coach window of the value of 7s 6d, the property of Thomas Everett. Fined 5s for offence, 7s 6d for the window, and 10s costs. Henry M‘Connell was fined 5s for above offence. VARHAKOY. John Fitzgerald was charged with vagrancy, and remanded till Monday. THEFT. Joseph Connor, alias Mark Owen, was charged with stealing from Robert Archer a pocket-book containing three L2O notes and three LI notes. The Commissioner of Police asked for a remand in order to bring forward evidence, and his Worship remanded the case till Thursday next.
