Each tenderer will be required to give security, as provided for on the form of tender, for a sum equal to 20 per cent, on the amount of tender, binding the tenderer to • take up the Service tendered-for; and execute the necessary Contract-bond, in the event of his tender being accepted. Forms of tender and security, with terms and conditions of contract, may be procured at any Post-office.
