MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day, (Before’his Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS, Tlioa. Donliu and Thos. Lilly were each fined ss; Richard Robt. and Thos, Elvs, 10s, or 24 hours imprisonment, W. Macdonald, for disorderly conduct in Moray place, on Friday evening, was fined 20s and costs. OFFENCES AGAINST THE DYE LAWS. James M'Lellan, for allowing cattle to stray, was fined us and costs ; Jas. Going, for crossing the footpaths in Cumberland street, 5s and costs ; and Edward Robinson, for allowing a horse to stray, 2s fid.
