RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Tins Day. (Before A. G. Strode, Esq., E.M.) Civil Cases. The only case called was Meikle v. Mahorre —a case of assault. The defendant did not appear, he having left for the country before the summons was left at Ms house. The case stands adjourned sine die.
