Those who make such announcements by no means flatter their readers, a* no reasonable person would for a moment expect any man to keep his shop open for the mere pleasure of selling his Goods at 50 per cent, under cost price. I prefer appealing to the common sense of the people and do so with every confidence when I state that my CELEBRATED £4 10s. T WEED S mT ’ is fixed at the lowest possible margin of profit, b/.t that I am happy in being able to say that the increased and ever-increasing demand for this ASTONISHINGLY CHEAP SUIT, more than makes up for the smallness of profits, as 1 find that it pays me better than if I were to charge the exorbitant prices that some do.. Just the other day 'a customer told me that it is L2 ss. Jess than he has been in the habit of paying for an exactly similar suit. Such a saving is-rot to be despised in these retrenchment times.
