The Beautiful Star Ifeft Port Chalmers on the 26th fit lO .p.ni. ; arrived off the Bluff on the 28th at 1 a.m ; discharged cargo, loaded, and sailed on the 30th at 8.30 a.m., and arrived as above Strong Head winds, accompanied with incessant rain, were experienced throughout the return passage. Her passengers and mails were conveyed to Dunedin t>y the harbor steamer at noon to-day. The favorite steamship Albion has been purchased by Messrs M’Meckan and Blackwood, and is to be placed in the New Zealand trade. -
