RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
This Day. (Before A. 0. Strode, Esq., R.M.) Ecclcs v. Ecelea This was a charge of wife desertion ; but ou the case being called, the parti's did not appear. A witness named Robertson applied for expenses, and was awarded Ss, to be paid by Iho party to the suit serving him with a summons. Case dismissed.
