MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day., (Before bis Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS. Andrew Mercer was fined ss; Richard Jackson, 10s ; Mary Upjohn, who performed some rare antics on horseback in Princes street yesterday before she attracted the attention of the policeman on the heat, 20s or 24 hours’ imprisonment, which she elected to do ; and James Collins, 40s or seven days’ imprisonment. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. James Crowhurst was fined 10s and costs for depositing rubbish on the Town Belt; and Ching Chee, 20s and costs for neglecting to keep his premises clean.
