LANDS REGISTRY OFFICE, DUNEDIN VJfTHEREAS the person named at toot W hereof has for himself made appli cation to have the land set forth and described before his name brought under the operation of “ the Land Transfer Act, 1870 ” Notice is hereby given that unless caveat he lodged with the District Laud Regi-trar of the District of Otago by some person having estate or interest in the said lands, on or before the date herein below specified, the sail pieces of land will be brought under the operation of the said Act as by law directed.
