The' brigantine Emulous, expected to be from .Invercargill, was this mornirg. at the Heads, .and signalled for a, tug, op which the Geelong got up steam and proceeded .to the brigantine, and would probably tow her in on this afternoons flood. The' screw steamers Alhambra, for Melbourne via N prthorn Ports, and Kangitoto, for Melbourne via tho Blixff, sail this evening on receipt of passengers, mails, &c., from DUneclih by harbor steamers. A telegram has been received stating that the fore-and-aft schooner Pioneer, of Dunedin, Has got ashore at Kaipoi, and lies submerged at high'water. Wo understand that the Pioneer is insured in the New Zealand Insurance Company’s office for L3OO, which is estimated to be about two-thirds of her value. "
