This Day. (Before Mr Edwai’d ffraneis Ward, Registrar.) FINAL EXAMINATIONS. John Andrew Smith was adjourned to July 17th ; Richard Evans, William White, and Thomas Parsons, to August 7th. Discharges were granted to Edward Fleetwood. William Ellison, and Charles Strong. John Cles erly’s application lapsed through non-appearance. COMPLETE EXECUTION OF DEED. William Fuller’s application was further adjourned to August 7th. ADJUDICATION OF BANKRUPTS. Joseph White was adjudged bankrupt on his own petition, and a meeting of creditors was appointed to take place at Palmerston court-house at teu o’clock a.m. onthe2lst iust. Edward Riley was adjudged bankrupt on his owu petition, and a meeting of ere ditors was appointed to be held at Dunedin on the 18th July, at 10.30 a.m.
