Frederick hj. evans, has reeeived instructions as above to Sell by Auction, at his Rooms, Princes street, on Wednesday next, at 1.30, All that valuable leasehold section situate in Scotia street, Port Chalmers, being Section 85, on the Record Map of said town, on which is erected a very substantial well-built four roomed weatherboard cottage ; also, a ditto ditto two-roomed cottage, bringing in a rental of one pound per week, from responsible tenants. The lease is held from 16 July, 1860, for 21 years, at the low ground rent of Ll2 a-year. The land is situate in the test part of Port Chalmers, and commands a beautiful view of the Bay and’Harhour, and adjoins the residences of Captains Orkuey and Duncan. The whole of one entire half of the lection is unoccupied Terms at sale.
