FOUGEKY AND UTTERING, Andrew S. Gcddes was charged (on remand) with forging and uttering a cheque for LlO, with intent to defraud. The additional evidence was that of Mr A. C, Begg, accountant, who deposed that the signature to the cheque produced was not that of Mr R. Campbell, by whom it was purported to be drawn. The prisoner was committed for trial.
