This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and the Hon. Dr. Buchanan, J.P.) DRUNKENNESS. Alexander Milne was fined ss. OBTAININCI MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENCES. Andrew S. Geddes, charged with obtaining L 3 from J. D. Hutton by means of a valueless cheque, was remanded till the 27th instant. THE PRINCES STREET FIRE. Charles Goldammer was cha-ged with being an accessory before the fact in aiding and assisting F. W. Reichelt to set fire to and burn down his premises, with intent to defraud the New Zealand and other insurance companies, Mr Smith asked for a remand until Monday, which was granted.
