The-plaintiff stated that he and the defendant purchased a quantity of timbers for the purpose of executing certain work, and also took certain ground on lease. Tlie evidence n‘ the p'aintiff showed that tlie whole, affair was a partnership transaction, and that no adjustment of accounts had been made. His worship said he had no jurisdiction in the matter, as it was dear that could not be settled elsewhere than in the Supreme Court.
