This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) John Sinclair was summoned for being drunk and disorderly in the passage of the Princess Theatre on Saturday night. Fined 10s.—James M‘Mahou was also charged with a like offence. Fined os—Alexander Cowie, drunk and disorderly. Fined 20f, — Thomas Davis was also charged with being drunk and disorderly in Sfafford-street on Sunday evening ami fined 5s. —Elizabeth Johnson, alias “Maori Liz,” was charged with disorderly conduct in George-street, and was fined 40s or 14 days, with hard labour, —Mary Cameron, John Smith, John Smith alias Scrimegour, and Archibald M'Auslaud were also brought up charged with being drunk, and each fined in various amounts, v GRANCY. Elizabeth Halliday was charged with vagraucy and having no lawful visible moans of support. The case a ter hearing was dismissed. UNLAWFUL; TEARING. Charles Green, hotelkeeper, wan summoned on a charge of unlawfully suffering two prostitutes named Wade, alias Mary Anne Bennett abas Twopenny and Crispy Taylor, to assemble in his licensed house, the Octagon Hotel at the come- of Stuart street and the Octagou. —Adjourned till to-morrow.
