The beautiful Township of “ N E V A D A,” Situated between the properties of A. C. Strode, Esq., and Robert Chapman, Esq., having a frontage to the TOWN BELT, with a well-formed road at one end, as well as a formed and metalled DISTRICT ROAD at the other. THE TOWNSHIP comprises 40 Sections, being subdivision of Sectiono, Block 1., Upper Kaikorai District, each of which is over one quarter acre. A wide Main Street runs through the centre of the Township from the Town Belt Road to the District Road. The Township is regi tered under the Land Transfer Act, 1870, under which Act titles can be procured at a cost of a few shillings. The Township can be approached by a good carriage road leading from Stuart and Albert streets through the lown Belt, and is within 15 minutes walk from the Post Office.
