C. Strode, Esq., and Robert Chapman, Esq., having a frontage to the TOWN BELT, with a well-formed road at one end, as well as a formed and metalled DISTRICT ROAD at the other. THE TOWNSHIP comprises 40 Sections, being subdivision of Section 5, Block 1., Upper Kaikorai District, each of which is over one quarter acre.
