NOTIO IS HEREBY GIVEN, that application is intended to be made at the next Session of the General Assembly of New Zealand, for leave to bring in a Bill to amend the i lined in Water Works Act; 18G4, •and the Dunedin Waterworks Act Amendment Act, 1860. And . otice is hereby also given that it is intended by the said Bill so to be introduced as aforesaid to increase the capital of the Dunedin Water Works Company from L 50,000 to L65,01)0 hy the issue of 1,500 new shares of LlO each. And Notice is hereby also given that, hy the said Bill, provision will he made for the better management of the said Company, and for tiro interpretation and amendment of divers of the sections of the said Dunedin Water Works Act, 1864. And Notice is hereby also given that a copy of the said Bill so to be introduced as aforesaid will be deposited and open for inspection in the office of the Honorable the Colonial Secretary at Wellington, in the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands in Dunedin, and the Private Bill' fficc, Wellington aforesaid, on or before the tenth day of July next.
