Whitaker. —The decision in this case, which was deferred for consideration of the admissibility of certain evidence objected to by Mr Catamore, was given in favor of tbe plaintiff. Trustees of John Griffen v. Edward Ryan. —L9 ss. Mr D’Arcy Haggitt for the plaintiffs. Judgment by default for the plaintiffs for the amount, with costs. Same v. J. If. Gillig.au.—Ll 1 19s fid, for goods sold. Mr D’Arcy Hatrgitt for the plaintiffs. Judgment for the plaintiffs for the amount, with costs. Robertson v. Eccles.—L2 7s 2d. Against this the defendant claimed a set-off, amounting to L2 18s 9d. ?>lr Stewart for ill - plaintiff; Mr Harris for tbe defendant. The claim was fur milk supplied, and for attendance on defendant’s wife. For the defence, the whole items of the claim were denied. The evidence was very contradictory, and involved reference to transactions, which were chiefly of a domestic character. Judgment for the defendant, with costs. Jefferys v. Duudon, \ claim for 7s, for one day’s wages. Judgment for the defendant, with costs.
