IN BANKRUPTCY. Tins Day. (Before Mr Justice Chapman.) DISCHARGES. Final orders of discharge were granted to M A Collins and Alexander Begg. John Woods' application was adjourned for 14 days. In the matter of John Beattie the case was adjourned for a fortnight, the bankrupt’s examination to be taken before the Registrar. ADJUDICATIONS, William White, diaries Strong, and William Ellison were adjudged bankiupts ; first meeting of creditors to take place on the 23rd iust. IN BANCO. Regina v. Strode. —This was a rule calling on Mr Strode, 11, M., to show cause why a w r rit of quo warranto should not iss.ve against him, directing him to proceed with the hearing of the information in re Barton v. Lemon. His Honor delivered judgment, refusing to make the rule absolute, but w’ithout costs.
