John Duncan, Is. and costs, chimney on file ; John Bryant, no lights to dray, dismissed with a caution. Diehard Pearson, butcher, York-place, was charged with slaughtering in an unlicensed place. After hearing the evidence Bench stated that seeing that the informant (John Walsh), had some animosity towards the defendant, and as they had a doubt as to the cise itself, they decided to dismiss it.
