This Day. (Before John Gillies, Esp, K.M.) DRUNKENNESS. James Mason was fined ss, and William Saunders 20s. The last-named prh oner was fined ISs for breaking a win low at the Queen’s Hotel, Albanny street. VAGRANCY. Alfred Douglas was remanded until the Bth, on a charge of having no visible lawful means of support. THEFT. Alexander Thornton pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing a screw-wrench, and was sentenced to a month’s imprisonment, with hard labor.
