RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.

This Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq., R. M.) BREACH OF THE MCKNSING ORDINANCE Mary Ferrier, was fined L 3 and costs, for refusing to allow George Lumb, inland revenue officer, to institute a search upon her premises in Great King street, for spirituals liquors. Mr Strode intimated that ho would impose the full penalty in any similar case brought before him.
