Late letters may be posted as under For Australian Colonies, except Melbourne, with a late fee of 3d per letter, till 1 p.m. For London via Brindisi, with a late 'fee of 9d per letter till 1.30 p.m. For Melbourne, with a late fee of 3d per letter till 1.30 p.m. N.B.—An alteration has been effected in the rates of postage via Brindisi, as follows : LETTERS Not exceeding ioz, 9d Exceeding and not exceeding loz, Is 6d And so on, 9d for every additional .Joz •r fraction of Aoz, BOOK AND PATTERN PARCELS. Not exceeding 1 oz, 2d Exceeding 1 oz, and not exceeding 2 oz, 4d Exceeding 2 oz, and not exceeding 4 oz, 7d Exceeding 4 oz, and not exceeding 8 oz, Is 2d And so on, Is 2d for every additional Boz, or fraction of Boz.
