John Erapt was charged (on remand) with stealing pioney from t]ie cutt p Kate. As the evidence was very contradictory, tbe Bench gave the prisoner the benefit of the doubt, and discharged him. Mr Harris defended, In our report of this case yesterday, the name of John Munro, one of the prosecutors, was accidentally substituted for that of the prisoner. We regret that the error should have caused him any annoyance.
