Timaru : Feb, 27, early, Beautiful Star, Port Chalmers. ______ The ship Warrior Queen, from London, Commanded by Captain Wilson, was towed to the lower anchorage on Saturday evening. The Warrior Queen, in addition to a large general cargo, has brought forty passengers, a consignment of nine deer, and a considerable number of English song and other birds for the Acclimatisation Society. The passengers, their luggage, and the deer were forwarded to Dunedin by the Golden Age at 9 a.m. tliis morning. The Dunedin_ portion of birds, under the care of Mr Bills, was taken from the ship at 1p in to-day. The Warrior Queen having discharged gunpowder, will be removed to a discharging berth the first favorable opportunity.
