THE NEW LAND TRANSFER ACT.
To the Editor. Sir —My attention has been directed to a contradictory advertisement, in the Times by a laud agent to one by several solicitors, on the business as carried on by brokers under this Act. From what I can learn on the subject, I think the agent, and broker too I suppose, Mr Dalrymple, has the best of the argument. As this, Mr Fditor, concerns the administration (>f an Act affecting the best interests of the Colony, I do think it behoves us, the public, to have no shuflliug, hut to see that the Act is properly and justly ca-ried out irrespective of cither brokers or solicitors. Yours, &c., Proprietor.
