.Macassey v. Fisher.—Llo Ss Uhl for profesdoiial services. Mr Turton for the plaintiff. Judgment by default for the plaintiff for the amount with costs.
D.medin Waterworks Company v, Crawford —1.3 Ids dd. For thd defence Dr Crawford said that having no service pipe he was not liable to pay Hie amourt. Judgment for the plaintiff, L 3 Ids 6d.
