SUPREME COURT.
IN BANKRUPTCY. This Day. (Before Mr Justice Chapman.) FINAL DISCHARGES. R. F. Fincher, Samuel Packham, Samuel Lewis, and Joseph Hay, passed their final examination, and obtained orders of discharge. The application of M. C. Richmond lapsed in consequence of the non-ap-pearance of the bankrupt; those of James M'Briarty, William Hunt, and Peter Ford, were adjourned to the 13th inst., and that of Charles Cornelius until the 20th. ADJUDICATIONS. The petitions of Thomas Henry Snowdon and Alfred Mellor were granted, and first meeting of creditors fixed for the 14th inst. Re T. B. Neilson, an arranging debtor.— Mr Stewart, on behalf of Messrs Pantlin and Rattray obtained aTr order for the examination of the bankrupt on the 20 th inst. Re E. Durden. —The 20th was fixed for the bankrupt’s last examination. Re W. Hannah.— On the motion of Mr Barton, the appointment of trustee herein was confirmed, and the 20th fixed for the bankrupt’s last examination. Re George Sheriff. —The time for applying for adjudicat on was extended to the 13th inst.
