That I do not receive any payment from Government for doing Mr Eeid’s work in his absence. 2nd. That members of the Provincial Executive do not receive any travelling expenses.
3rd. That I am an elector of the district of Tokomairiro, and it was my duty to be present at Mr Macandrew’s meeting, especially as 1 had been placed in a position of trust by my fellow electors as one of the representatives of the district. 4th. That all questions asked by myself and others at the Tokomairiro meeting were drawn from public documents and public statements, ami were not in any way dependant on private information obtained in the Executive. oth.
