Further, that any appeals against the assessment may be lodged at the Council Cnambers (where blank forms may be had) on or before the 6th day of February, I£7 I; and a cony of each notice of appeal must be deliverer! by the appellant to the Clerk of the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Dunedin, six clear days b fore the day of hearing.
