The amount of revenue received at the Cub-Join-house on goods cleared for consumption o-day, was £295 0s 10d.

Mr Mercer icports the retail price of fresh and salt hotter for the week 7d to 9d per lb, according to quality ; rather more coming into the market this week than has been all season. Prime salt butter in keg, 7.fd to 8d per lb; the demand has been rather dull. New cheese coming in very plentiful and Vety good ; retail price, 7d to 8d per lb. Old <meese, I'M to Is. Hams and bacon, chiefly Colonial, now sold from 9d to Is per lb. Eggs rather scarce in the market; price, 1b 3d.

Breadstuff*.— Floor, per ton in sacks, Ll3 ; sharps, 1.5 10s ; bran, L 3 10s ; oatmeal, Ll7 ; pearl barley, of 2,2401b5, L 22 ; wheat, per bushol, 4s 9d to 5s ; oats, 2s 9d to 3s ; barley, 2s Od to Bs. For flour there ! has been much better country demand this • week, although parties arc not inclined to speculate, in which case a slight reduction in price might be mode for parcels. Wheat very little first-class lots in market. Oats, good eaquiry. Barley, little doing. Offal stocks light. Messrs Wright, Stevenson, and 'Co. report :—Good draught horses, imported by Mr jThompson from Melbourne, L3O to L 47 ; moderate do, L2O to L 26 •; good saddle hacks, Lls to LlB ; light do, L 5 to LlO.
