Mr Donald Reid will address the electors at the Masonic Hall on Thursday evening at 7.30. The members of the Youths’ Mutual Improvement Society arc requested to attend the meeting to-morrow (Wednesday) evening, in St. Paul s Schoolroom, Stuart street, at 7.30, for the purpose of electing officers. Elector,? favorable to the return of Mr Macassey, as a representative for the City in the General Assembly, are requested to meet at the Odd Fellows’ Hall, this evening, at the close of the public meeting, for the purpose of forming a committee to secure his fptura.'
