THE Bank of New South Wales having Sold to Henry Alers Hankey, of London, Banker, all their right, title, and interest whatsoever as Mortgagees, in and to the above Works, and the Lease thereof, and all property whatsoever in connection therewith, have this day with the concurrence of me (the undersigmed Joseph William Hutchison), given possession of the said Work? and Property to William James Mudio Lamach and Arthur William Morris, Esquires, as Attorneys for the said Henry Alers Hankey, All persons indebted for Gas Rates, as on And from the first of December, or in any other way in connection with the works, are requested to pay the amounts owing by them to the said Messieurs Larnach and Morris, whose receipts will be sufficient discharges.
