WILSON This splendid work is painted on 20,000 feet of canvass by the well-known and eminent artist, Mr Charles Massey, and is decidedly the largest and most magnificently painted Panorama ever exhibited in the colonies. Throughout this work will be found the most beautiful mechanical effects, moonlight scenes, transparencies, illuminations, &c., too numerous to particularise. A Three-quarter Life-size portrait of CHARLES DICKENS, Painted in Oil. by the Celebrated Portrait Painter, Mr Kemp. The Panorama will be accompanied by a Descriptive Lecture and Readings by Mr R. P. Whitworth, the well-known Australian Author and Novelist, whose writings under the nom de plume of the “Literary Bohemian ” have been received with much favor by the public. In order that nothing may be omitted, which could enhance the excellence of the Exhibition new and appropriate Music has been specially arranged to accompany it.
