IN’ compliance with a generally expressed wish by the inhabitants of the district, Mrs Steadman’s Coach will leave the Gridiron Hotel, Princes street for East Taieri at 6.15 in the afternoon, instead of 4.30 as heretofore. The change will continue during the summer months.

DUNEDIN GAS WORKS. fTHIE Bank of New South Wales having I Sold to Henry Alers Haukcy, of London, Banker, all their right, title, and interest whatsoever as Mortgagees, in and to the above Works, and the Lease thereof, and all property whatsoever in connection therewith, have this day with the concurrence of me (the undersigned Joseph William Hutchison), given possession of the said Works and Property to William James Mudic Larnach and Arthur William Morris, Esquires, as Attorneys for the said Henry Alers Hankey.
