Bluff; Dec. 17, 12.25 p.m, Tararua from Dunedin, SAILED. ■Wellington: 17th Dec, 12.30 p.m, Alhambra for Nelson. The cutter Advance passed out at noon today. The ketch Lloyds Herald, from coast, beat up last evening. Tho Tararua sailed last evening for Melbourne, via Bluff, at 6.30 p.m. The ketch Star, for Gatlin’s River, in ballast, also sailed, but anchored inside tho Heads awaiting a change of wind. The Midas from Newcastle was signalled at {4.30 this afternoon as having arrived at tbe Heads. r
