The resignation of the Bishop of Perth hja b been announced. A new bishopric is to he founded at Rockhampton, Queensland, and the Rev. Mr Gordon, lately a missionary at Madras, has been appointed. The worn-out silver coinage from Australia, it has been intimated, may be exchanged for new coin.
