ARRIVED. Bluff : 9th Dec, 8.45 a.m, Kangitoto from Dunedin. SAILED. Hokitika: 9th Dec, 11.50 a.m, Gothenburg for Melbourne, An official survey was held on the dredge this afternoon. On some of the planks being strapped, there was apparent evidence of decay. The recommendations of the surveyors have not yet transpired. It is understood that extensive repairs will be required.
