America, West Indies, &c., the Continent of Europe, and the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, at 1 p.m. For late letters Avith late fees as under at 1.30 a.m, : For Northern Ports of New Zealand, 2d per letter. For the United Kingdom, _Cd per letter, lor all other places one additional single rate per letter For newspapers at 10 a.m. For registered letters and issue of money orders at 10 a.m. ARCH.
