The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of “ The f dago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865;’ bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of the purchaser, in either London, Melbourne, or Dunedin, and are secured on the City Kates. The Bonds are for LSO each, or such higher amount as may be arranged with any purchaser, and will be redeemable in the year one thousand nine hundred.
