The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of “TheOtago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1805 bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of the purchaser, in either Loudon, Melbourne, or Dunedin, and are secured on the City Rates. The Bonds are for LSO each, or such higher amount as may be arranged with any purchaser, and will be redeemable in the year one thousand nine hundred.
